What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Teaching Assistant:

Supporting learning across Year 3 and Year 4 classes
Working with pupils with additional needs in mainstream classrooms
Providing targeted support within the school’s SEN provision
Assisting with lesson delivery and learning activities
Helping pupils remain engaged, supported, and progressing
Adapting support approaches to meet individual learning needs
What you’ll bring to the table as a Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience in a school or SEN setting
Understanding of primary-aged learning environments
Knowledge of supporting pupils with additional or complex needs
Relevant academic background, including graduate-level study
Familiarity with classroom or SEN support strategies
