Teaching Assistant – Orpington, Full Time – January 2026

TLTP are currently working with a Kent-based primary school that is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work with KS1 students. This is a long-term position until July 2026.

Can you build relationships with the pupils that support the children in the process of learning?

The school is based in the Kent borough and provides education to children from the ages of 3–11. It hosts a positive, work-driven environment that flows throughout the staffing team and students alike. This atmosphere offers children a more engaging and positive outlook on education, promoting learning of the highest standard.

The school is roughly a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, and it offers on-site parking for drivers. The school is looking for an experienced, adaptive, and positive teaching assistant who can assist and communicate in the learning of students, as well as bond with children to create healthy relationships that support learning.
