As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASC/ASD), SEMH, PMLD and SLD
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning
• Work alongside teachers and specialists to create an engaging, inclusive environment
• Encourage independence, confidence and progress in every child

• Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, care or voluntary roles all considered)
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs
• Resilience, patience and strong communication skills
• Graduates considering teaching are highly encouraged to apply
• No formal TA qualifications required - full support and training available
