Role:
Teaching Assistant

Support the Reception teacher in delivering engaging lessons as a Teaching Assistant.

Assist children's learning, social and emotional development as a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

Help plan and implement activities that inspire and motivate children as a Teaching Assistant.

Monitor and record children's progress, contributing feedback as a Teaching Assistant.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS or Reception.

Knowledge of early years learning and development, essential for a Teaching Assistant role.

Ability to support children with varying needs in a busy classroom as a confident Teaching Assistant.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, key for success as a Teaching Assistant.
