Role:
Teaching Assistant

Support learning and development in Reception as a proactive Teaching Assistant.

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging EYFS activities as a Teaching Assistant.

Help children build social, emotional, and academic skills in your role as a Teaching Assistant.

Observe, record, and feedback on children's progress as part of your work as a Teaching Assistant.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS or Reception classes.

Strong understanding of early years learning and child development for your Teaching Assistant role.

Ability to support children with varying needs and learning styles as a confident Teaching Assistant.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for a successful Teaching Assistant.
