We are currently are looking for Child Care Workers/ Special Needs TA's who are dedicated and passionate about supporting children in a school-based environment. Our school's, which are based in Redbridge, caters for children and young adults from 11 to 19 years old with varied SEND needs such as Profound Multiple learning difficulties, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties, Severe learning difficulties and Speech and language communication difficulties.

The ideal candidate would have experience with personal care, feeding, moving, handling and life skills. Your role as a SEN TA will be to support pupils on a 1:1 or group basis with their learning development and care needs while at school.

• Experience supporting children with learning difficulties and disabilities
• Experience or willingness to assist with personal care
• Experience with PECS or Makaton
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively

• Dedicated consultant with a wealth of experience
• Competitive rates of pay, depending on experience
• Based in Redbridge
• Term Time only
• Full registration can be completed remotely online
• School Hours 8.30am - 3.15pm

• Trained in moving and handling or willing to undertake the training
• Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 1-6 months
