Immediate Start Learning Support Assistant

Primary School in Uxbridge Long-term, Full-Time/Part-Time Pay: £90 £ 100 per day

Your Role Will Include
  • Providing tailored support to pupils with diverse learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Encouraging independence, resilience, and positive behaviour through consistent and compassionate support
  • Adapting resources and activities to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets
  • Creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
  • Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each pupil
We re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
  • Is patient, empathetic, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
  • Understands SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
  • Possesses excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Is eager to engage in ongoing training and contribute to whole‑school life
