Behaviour Mentor - Brent - £110 to £150 a day - ASAP Start - Long term to permanent

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and SEN needs at our SEN school in Brent.

This full‑time, long‑term position starts ASAP and has potential for permanence. You will work 1:1 with pupils who display challenging behaviour, applying behavioural management skills in a school setting. You will also support our classroom team to ensure a well‑cared environment for all pupils.

• Work individually with pupils with SEMH or SEN requirements.
• Apply evidence‑based behavioural management strategies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support classroom behaviour.
• Maintain accurate record‑keeping of pupil progress.

• Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
• Experience working with pupils with SEMH or SEN needs.
• Strong 1:1 working skills and behavioural management expertise.

This SEN school in Brent caters to 50 pupils aged 3‑16, with a focus on ASD and SEMH. The school has an extensive team that will support classroom work, and we are looking to add experienced Behaviour Mentors to our growing team.
