Behaviour Mentor - Brent - £110 to £150 a day - ASAP Start - Long term to permanent
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and SEN needs at our SEN school in Brent.
Behaviour Mentor- The Role
This full‑time, long‑term position starts ASAP and has potential for permanence. You will work 1:1 with pupils who display challenging behaviour, applying behavioural management skills in a school setting. You will also support our classroom team to ensure a well‑cared environment for all pupils.
Responsibilities- Work individually with pupils with SEMH or SEN requirements.
- Apply evidence‑based behavioural management strategies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support classroom behaviour.
- Maintain accurate record‑keeping of pupil progress.
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH or SEN needs.
- Strong 1:1 working skills and behavioural management expertise.
This SEN school in Brent caters to 50 pupils aged 3‑16, with a focus on ASD and SEMH. The school has an extensive team that will support classroom work, and we are looking to add experienced Behaviour Mentors to our growing team.
