Qualified Bikeability Instructor - Casual
The London Borough of Bromley’s Road Safety Unit is seeking Level 2 qualified Bikeability instructors to join our cycling team on a casual, zero-hours contract. The role involves working with other team members to deliver Bikeability Level 1, 2, and 3 training in schools across the borough. There may be opportunities to deliver adult cycle training during weekends. Successful applicants will update training outcomes online and manage some administrative tasks related to the courses they deliver;
strong IT and organisational skills are essential. If you’re passionate about cycling, enjoy working with children and adults, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

- Deliver Bikeability Level 1, 2, and 3 training in schools across the borough.
- Deliver potential adult cycle training sessions during weekends.
- Update training outcomes online and perform related administrative tasks for the courses delivered.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful training delivery.
- Level 2 qualified Bikeability instructors.
- Experience delivering Bikeability training at Levels 1–3 in schools.
- Strong IT and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with children and adults.
