• Assess and monitor student progress through marking, feedback, and formal assessments, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour, participation, and respect.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupils  academic and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school reporting and meetings, including writing termly reports and attending parent consultations.
