• Provide in-class support for students aged 11 to 18 to improve academic achievement.
• Support vulnerable students and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Investigate incidents and recommend sanctions as part of maintaining discipline.
• Work with teaching and support staff to support delivery of lessons and overall classroom management.

The school is a mainstream secondary school in Tower Hamlets seeking a learning mentor to support students across the school starting immediately. The mentor will work with vulnerable students, offering practical support to boost academic achievement and contribute to behaviour and incident management.

This mixed secondary academy in Tower Hamlets caters to students aged 11-19. Opened in 2016, it is part of a wider multi-academy trust that includes several primary schools. With just under 500 pupils, the school offers a broad, knowledge-rich curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, emphasising small class sizes, depth of understanding, high aspirations, strong values, and community engagement to support students academically, socially, and personally.
