We are seeking a Lecturer to teach across undergraduate levels in our BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to deliver during weekdays, evenings and weekends is required.

Deliver management‑related modules, develop comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment, and keep up to date with latest developments in the field.

• Plan, deliver and assess student work to achieve learning outcomes
• Develop, update and improve course materials
• Use a variety of learning and teaching methods
• Participate in staff development activities, peer observations and administrative duties
• Stay current with field developments and student support practices
• Support student attendance, completion and progression

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area
• Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter
• Experience supervising student work and providing feedback
• Accurate reporting and maintenance of student records
• Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills

• Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years
• Experience in design/development of academic or professional education programmes
