Mitcham Private Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity for a Paediatrician looking to establish a thriving private practice. In addition to providing general paediatric care to the local community, as part of our paediatric team you will receive referrals from our dedicated Obstetricians and be available for both elective and emergency deliveries. You will also play a key role in caring for neonates admitted to our Level 2 Special Care Nursery.

Mitcham Private Hospital is a 121-bed boutique facility offering surgical, medical, maternity, and mental health services. Located in the leafy eastern suburb of Mitcham, we’ve proudly served the local community for over 62 years. Conveniently positioned between Eastern Health’s Maroondah and Box Hill Hospitals, we are easily accessible via East Link and major arterial roads.

• A busy maternity unit supported by an experienced midwifery team
• Level 2 Special Care Nursery
• Onsite consulting rooms or potential to join an existing obstetric practice
• Collaborative team of Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, and Paediatricians
• Marketing support to help build your referral base with GPs and specialists
• FRACP (Paediatrics) Specialist
