Architect – Technical Delivery Commercial Projects

A busy London architecture studio is seeking a Contract Architect with strong technical delivery experience on Central London commercial projects to support a number of active schemes.

The practice currently has several commercial projects in technical delivery, and this role will focus on supporting teams through RIBA Stages 4–5, producing detailed technical information and coordinating project documentation.

Contracts are expected to run between 6 and 12 months, with potential extensions depending on project pipeline.

• Deliver technical design packages for commercial projects in Central London
• Work within established teams on RIBA Stages 4–5 delivery phases
• Produce high-quality Revit models and technical drawing packages
• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders
• Contribute to the smooth delivery of complex commercial developments

• Qualified Architect with experience delivering Central London commercial projects
• Advanced Revit capability
• Strong experience working within technical delivery stages (4–5)
• Ability to integrate quickly into active project teams

• Longer-term contracts (6–12 months) providing stability
