We are excited to be working with an established architectural studio in London, which has extensive experience delivering high‑quality apartment schemes and high‑rise residential buildings, with a strong focus on façade design and technical resolution. The practice also undertakes mixed‑use schemes, with values ranging up to £100 m in project value. The firm places a strong emphasis on safety‑led design, ensuring all projects are delivered in full compliance with current building regulations, fire safety requirements and evolving industry standards through a rigorous, responsible and well‑coordinated design process.
The Project Architect will have significant on‑site experience working on high‑rise buildings and very good knowledge of the current building and fire safety regulations. They will have worked through from concept to completion while managing teams and projects simultaneously. The practice is Revit‑based, so proficiency in this software is essential.

- Lead the design and technical delivery of façade remediation projects, with some involvement in new‑build schemes
- Coordinate detailed design and construction drawing packages
- Manage project coordination, working closely with consultants and contractors, and chair meetings when required
- Apply a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations to ensure compliance throughout each project
- Support and mentor junior team members, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
- ARB‑registered Architect with 3+ years post‑qualification experience working in UK practice
- Experience working through RIBA stages 0‑7
- Strong background in delivering technically complex projects, particularly façade and remediation
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and health & safety requirements
- Experience in a Principal Designer role, or supporting that role, is an advantage but not essential
- Revit proficiency
- Clear and professional communicator when working with clients and project teams
- Well organised, proactive, and able to manage several projects at the same time
