• 📝 Manage the full technical design process from concept to completion
• 🧩 Coordinate internal and external design teams
• 👥 Work closely with clients to develop design intent and technical solutions
• 📐 Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• 🧠 Lead design workshops and coordination meetings
• ⚙️ Ensure compliance with building regs and D&B requirements
• 🔍 Support construction teams with technical queries and problem-solving
• 🤝 Build strong relationships with clients, consultants & supply chain partners
• ✔️ Proven experience on London Cat B commercial fit out projects
• ✔️ Background with a D&B fit out contractor
  , or consultancy with strong D&B exposure
• ✔️ Strong technical understanding across architectural, interior & MEP interfaces
• ✔️ Confident leading multiple projects simultaneously
• ✔️ Ability to drive coordination and maintain high technical standards
