WhatYou’ll Do
- Work across the entire product design process, from early discovery and sketching through to delivering polished, production‑ready designs.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product leadership to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features quickly.
- Create prototypes and mockups to explore ideas, test assumptions, and refine solutions.
- Conduct lightweight customer research and feedback sessions to inform and iterate designs.
- Help manage and prioritise the product backlog, writing tickets and ensuring smooth handoff to engineering.
- Uphold brand standards and visual quality across the product, using our design system.
- Contribute to wider design needs across the company – from onboarding flows to marketing assets and internal tools.
- You’re an experienced product designer with strength across both UX and visual design, backed up by a portfolio that shows it.
- You know how to balance curiosity and pragmatism – evidence‑led in your approach, but can move quickly when needed.
- You’re comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy, yet collaborative and open to feedback.
- You communicate design thinking clearly to engineers and customer‑facing teams.
- You’re adaptable and flexible, designing complex workflows as well as polishing a landing page or sales asset.
£65,000‑£75,000 (depending on experience)
