Job Summary &

Key Responsibilities

Our Design Team is currently working on several new settlements and neighbourhoods and is looking to recruit experienced urban designers. The ideal candidates will have:

  • More than 3 years of UK based experience working on master planning projects in similar planning or design practice.
  • A postgraduate qualification in urban design from a UK based university is essential; a background in architecture will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience of strategic site promotion through production of vision documents and outline planning applications in the UK.
  • Demonstrable experience working with multi-disciplinary consultants on projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up and CAD.
  • Hand drawing skills will be advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without a work visa.
