Project Architect

A construction company in London is currently recruiting a Project Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for working on Factory design where you will be completing daily tasks such as preparing detailed architectural drawings, conducting site visits to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, a solid understanding of UK regulations, experience in factory design, and proficiency in CAD and BIM.

• Manage project budgets, fees, and timelines effectively
• Support and lead team members

• RIBA Part 3 qualified with minimum 3 years' experience of factory design
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations
• Familiarity with BIM
• Proficiency with CAD software
• Business level fluency in English
