Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
We are looking for a Reservations Executive to join our team based in Tower Hill who will handle the bookings and enquiries for Cheval Three Quays and Cheval Calico House. Usually the first point of contact, you will provide an exemplary level of service and build relationships with our guests, agents, and corporate clients to ensure enquiries are converted into the residences.
The successful candidate will have experience from a luxury customer service environment. A background from a 4 or 5 star hotel or serviced apartments in a reservations or front office setting would be an ideal match for this opportunity.
