Position: Housing Complaints Lead | Customer Service & Mentoring
Location: City Of London

A local government consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Complaints Officer to support a London Council in managing housing complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, detailed experience with housing complaints, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
