About the RoleLondon Works is supporting a leading international law firm to recruit a Client Services Executive. Reporting to the Senior Client & Hospitality Services Manager, you will be the face of the firm and the first point of contact for visitors and clients—both in person and over the phone.
This is a high-profile, people-facing role where you will create a lasting first impression by providing outstanding customer care and professionalism. You will coordinate client requests, manage meeting room bookings, and provide essential AV support to ensure seamless operations on the Client Floor.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a professional and friendly welcome to visitors, occupiers, and clients.
- Manage visitor sign‑in according to security procedures and maintain a professional, welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate bookings using internal systems and configure room layouts—such as Cabaret, Theatre, or Boardroom—to maintain a world‑class environment.
- Set up conference rooms with equipment including laptops, screens, and video‑conferencing tools (full training provided).
- Answer calls promptly and professionally, using guests' names for a personalised experience.
- Handle queries and complaints calmly, manage ad hoc tasks like deliveries or taxi bookings, and support internal/external events.
- Experience: Proven background in customer service within a corporate or high‑standard setting (e.g., premium hospitality or financial services). You do not need previous law firm experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
- IT Literacy: Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of Manhattan Datacraft is a plus.
- Attributes: A service‑focused attitude, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and strong organisational skills to prioritise effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: A willingness to take on new tasks, including AV and equipment setup.
- Hours:
7‑hour shifts (plus a 1‑hour lunch break). - Shift Window:
Rotational shifts between 07:30 and 20:30. - Location:
Fully office‑based in the City of London. Remote or hybrid working is not possible.
