Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist
As a
Customer Service Specialist
, you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise.
Your
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone, and live chat in English, Spanish and/or Italian, and ideally German
- Advise and assist customers with product information, orders, and account management.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently
