- You have to be currently enrolled in school or just graduated
- You have to be based in the UK and speak fluent english
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Serious and accountable — you show up and deliver on schedule
- Basic understanding of Tik Tok/Instagram style (tone, pacing, energy)
- Professional communication and responsiveness
- Bonus:
Prior experience creating UGC or short-form content
