Job Description:

Amphin is looking for an experienced and creative Junior Video Editor to lead post-production across campaigns and digital content. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling, with the ability to craft cinematic narratives that elevate brand communication.

Experience:

0-3 years

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Cap Cut, VN, or Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of color and audio adjustments
• Awareness of current social media trends
• Creative sense for storytelling and timing
• Fast turnaround with clean editing workflow
• Eagerness to learn and take feedback

• Edit reels, shorts, and promotional clips optimized for social media.
• Assemble footage, sync audio, and perform clean cuts.
• Add transitions, captions, graphics, and background music.
• Adjust color and sound for consistent quality across videos.
• Organize project files, assets, and deliverables efficiently.
• Adapt content to multiple formats (You Tube, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers and writers to align on creative ideas.
• Research and apply trending editing styles to keep content fresh.
• Meet delivery deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Cap Cut, VN, or Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of social video pacing and hook creation.
• Awareness of modern content styles and trending transitions
• Ability to follow creative direction and work collaboratively.
• Any diploma or degree in Multimedia, Film, or related field
