Role: Senior Producer

Studio B is a fast-growing creative production company with a global audience of 20 million+ followers. We create exciting digital content for the biggest brands and are looking for a highly skilled Senior Producer to lead projects and guide our production team. Storytelling Leadership: Drive the creative vision of projects, guiding teams to develop compelling narratives that align with brand objectives and Studio B’s standards.

Production Ownership: Oversee and manage all stages of production at a senior level, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and seamless delivery from concept to final output.

Content Crafting: Ensure content across platforms is of the highest quality, consistently engaging, innovative, and on-brand.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Producers, Editors, Videographers, and VFX artists, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Trend Authority: Anticipate and leverage emerging trends in digital media, marketing, and storytelling to keep Studio B at the forefront of the industry.

Strategic Multitasking: Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring deadlines and creative standards are met.

Budget & Client Management: Take responsibility for larger budgets, maintaining financial accountability, and building strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
