This is your chance to bring to life the essence of the LEGO brand in Our LEGO Agency London Hub, ensuring that LEGO DNA is present in everything we do. Join us as an Associate Creative Director, driving creative excellence, mentoring a high‑performing team and crafting world‑famous integrated campaigns.

Our Creative team is made up of problem solvers and makers across many disciplines, and we need a strong Creative who is passionate about creativity in this new media landscape.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build & deliver creative solutions for the LEGO® Brand from an advertising and marketing perspective, working with global teams to bring core campaigns to life in the EMEA region.
  • Play a key part in the creative process, ideating and crafting integrated campaigns with heavy direction.
  • Oversee and contribute hands‑on art direction to design projects, balancing informal leadership with direct involvement in key initiatives and high‑impact executions.
  • Work with and guide creative teams in our global and EMEA organisation to implement cross‑platform work for global campaigns.
  • Implement 360 campaigns independently, and as a team.
  • Present ideas clearly and strategically to market partners.
  • Good understanding of current advertising/marketing practices.
  • Work together with Creative Director to help set the brand and agency creative vision.
  • Identify challenges early and lead solutions, operationally and creatively—ensuring the team remains agile and supported in a dynamic workflow.
  • Strong professional network of freelancers and contacts for external inspiration.

    Qualifications
    • A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to develop strong creative platforms, executions across multiple channels with strong art direction and film execution.
    • Digital native, passionate about developing social and digital work that entertains and inspires with strong conceptual and art direction skills.
    • Support campaign development with great visualisation for social, digital, print and film.
    • Good communication and presentation skills to develop internal and external reviews.
    • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple colleagues and also lead and nurture juniors.
    • A passion for creative culture and the wider industry with a curiosity for emerging media, and the energy to drive innovation through your team.
    • Building up skills and craft in Adobe suite, especially Photoshop.
