Estimator - Social Housing Refurbishment (Tier One Contractor)

Up to £75,000 Car Allowance Package

UK Wide (Flexible Base - Travel Required)

We are working in partnership with a Tier One Social Housing Refurbishment Contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their established commercial team.

This is a key role within the business, focused on pricing and securing works across social housing frameworks nationwide.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across:

• Social Housing Repairs
• Voids
• Planned Works

You will play a central role in building up AOV and PPP models, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure robust submissions aligned to framework requirements.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an Estimating role
• Proven background in Social Housing Repairs, Voids and Planned Works
• Strong experience building AOV and PPP models
• Working knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates, including rate adjustments
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Salary up to £75,000
