M&E Quantity Surveyor - City of London

Our client, a leading commercial M&E and fit-out contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team to work on commercial fit out projects around the City of London.

• Proven track record managing multi-million-pound projects through to final account.
• Strong M&E knowledge and experience with JCT contracts.
• Skilled in contractual documentation (Notices of Delay, EoTs) and RIBA stages.
• Client-facing with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

• Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, mitigating risk, maximising profit, and meeting deadlines.
• Review and negotiate contract terms to protect company interests.
• Interpret client requirements, technical specs, and drawings.
• Liaise with design, estimating, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present cost reports, variation logs, and cashflow forecasts.
• Ensure contractual compliance and effective stakeholder communication.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
