Location: City of Westminster
A medium-sized construction consultancy in the UK is seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager for more exposure. The successful candidate will work on residential projects valued between £30m and £50m, supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Ideal candidates will have a Quantity Surveying degree, around 2 years of experience, and basic pre and post contract knowledge. The role offers a salary between £35,000 and £45,000, flexible working, and numerous benefits including 25 days annual leave and private healthcare.
