Site Manager Tier 1 Main Contractor.
Location:
Projects across London. Salary: £70,000+ DOE + Car Allowance. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London.
Requirements (Essential)
- Proven CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out experience
- Strong Cut & Carve project background
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid at Work
- Black or Gold CSCS Card
- Experience working for a main contractor on commercial projects
- Day-to-day site management of commercial fit-out works
- Managing subcontractors and site programmes
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme delivery
- Reporting progress to Project Managers and Senior Management
