Overview

Project Quantity Surveyor - M&E, South East London. Salary £80,000-£100,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to support the commercial delivery of a major mechanical and electrical package on a large construction project in South East London.

The role will involve a split between site-based project work and office-based commercial duties, working closely with the client, project management team, and supply chain to maintain strong financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Key responsibilities include managing variations and change control, overseeing job and cost management, producing progress and cost reports, and supporting commercial decision-making on the project.
• The successful candidate will be confident in client-facing discussions, agreeing commercial positions, and ensuring works are delivered in line with contract and budget.
• This role would suit an M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience managing live projects, capable of balancing on-site presence with detailed commercial and reporting responsibilities.
