Our client is a forward-thinking and dynamic business, with recent milestones including the opening of a new office in the North West — a sign of their growth within the industry.

They deliver Building Surveying, Project Management, and Cost Consultancy services to a diverse client base including occupiers, developers, private estates, and investors. The Building Surveying team comprises five professionals working collaboratively with a proactive approach.

Projects are varied; recent work includes a Cat B fit-out of a pizzeria concept, fire reinstatement at Pan Peninsula in Canary Wharf, and commercial projects across Retail, Office, and Residential sectors.

The role involves about 65% project-led work (Contract Administration, Project Management) and 35% professional services (Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Party Wall, Pre-acquisition Surveys). Opportunities for progression to Senior Surveyor and beyond are available as you develop your skills and client relationships.

Key requirements include MRICS qualification, strong Contract Administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire for career growth.

In return, a competitive salary from £40,000 to £65,000 is offered, depending on experience.
