This is a design-led, delivery-focused business operating in the £2m-£6m project range, with a strong and growing order book. With a current turnover of £25m-£30m, they're increasingly competing — and winning — work against larger Tier-style interiors contractors.

This is not a corporate, layered environment. It's a business where good people are trusted, developed, and given room to grow alongside the company.

• Working as a Project / Intermediate QS supporting live commercial fit out projects
• Managing core commercial tasks: procurement, valuations, variations, CVRs, and cost reporting
• Working closely with delivery teams, subcontractors, and senior management
• Office-based role in Holborn, with flexibility around site visits
• Option to work 1 day per week from home once established
• Clear opportunity to grow with the business as project scale and workload increase

• Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project QS (not senior-heavy profiles)
• Background in commercial interiors or fit out strongly preferred
• Good understanding of trades and subcontractors — practical, delivery-aware
• Comfortable running commercial elements on live projects with support
• Ambitious, commercially sound, and keen to develop long-term within one business
