Role Overview
An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a major port infrastructure scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Cost management across marine piling, reclamation, pavements, and RC structures
- Subcontractor procurement, valuation, and payments
- Managing variations, change control, and final accounts
- Assisting with forecasting and cost reporting
- Supporting commercial risk management
- Experience as a QS on civil engineering or marine projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident working with subcontractors and project teams
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience preferred
