Asbestos Surveyor – Brixton

£32,750 to £40,750 + Benefits and Progression. The company has a long-standing presence in the industry and offers internal progression opportunities, with senior positions typically filled from within the business.

• Accurate assessment of asbestos removal works, detection of asbestos debris and ensuring constant compliance with HSG 247 clearance tests.
• Account management for specific clients.
• Communicating with clients and line managers to ensure the smooth running of site work.
• Processing of samples and generating final reports in a timely manner.
• Proactive approach to professional development by attending monthly toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
• Assisting in the training of less experienced team members.

There are excellent benefits associated with this role. After probation, the company offers to fund and train an asbestos surveyor to gain P403 and P404 qualifications. A standard 22-day holiday is provided, with an option to buy 5 extra days in January (repayment over 12 months).
