Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take your career to the next level? We are recruiting a forward‑thinking commercial professional to support and drive commercial excellence across a diverse range of interior design, workplace fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe.

The business is a leading global design and build fit‑out contractor specialising in transforming how people work through exceptional, future‑focused work spaces. Its integrated team of workplace strategists, designers and delivery specialists work collaboratively to deliver projects that support organisational goals, enhance productivity and delight clients.

• Lead commercial activities across live fit‑out and refurbishment projects from £5m-£25m
• Prepare and issue valuations, subcontract orders, payment applications and commercial reports
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, risk registers and commercial performance
• Support procurement and tender analysis to ensure value‑driven outcomes
• Help negotiate variations, claims and contractual correspondence
• Build strong working relationships with project teams, suppliers and stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within interiors, fit‑out, construction or related sectors
• Strong cost control, measurement, commercial reporting and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Able to work autonomously and proactively as part of a collaborative delivery team
• Enthusiastic about growing professionally with exposure to international projects
