Senior Quantity Surveyor – London

LocationCentral London, near Bank Station. Hybrid working offered.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects and develop junior staff, working on Private & Public Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Residential, and Education projects.
Responsibilities- Produce cost plans and advise on cost options.
- Prepare tender documents and administer contracts.
- Provide Employer’s Agent service and negotiate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Lead projects and mentor junior colleagues.
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or an RICS accredited degree.
- MRICS membership or currently working towards.
- Experience in a private practice or consultancy.
- Strong pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge.
- Excellent attitude and team player.
- £65,000 – £75,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown.
- RICS membership fees covered.
