£60,000- £70,000 + Bonus / Expensed travel / Hybrid
Are you an ambitious and career driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take on a cutting‑edge Critical Infrastructure/ Data Centre project in Central London? I am partnered with a major General Contractor who is seeking a career driven QS to join their team. They are looking for a career driven individual whom they can develop into a Senior QS role within the next 12-18 months.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Support financial aspects of the project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
- Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be highly motivated and career driven and meet the following base criteria:
- Minimum 5 years commercial experience within relevant sector (Infrastructure/ CSA/ Construction)
- Familiarity with NEC contracts required
- Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS qualification is a bonus)
