Finishing Foreman – Residential Developer – North/Central London – up to £45,000 plus package

My client is a top UK residential developer specialising in new build developments within London. The company comes across highly regarded in the residential industry and have a good reputation for high quality product.

Job description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Foreman on a permanent basis on a number of luxury residential schemes.

You will report into a Finishing Manager/Project Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments on towards completion.

Each development consists of high-end luxury apartments ranging from 1-4 bedrooms, requiring a strong finishing manager with a proven track record of having worked on luxury high-finished apartments.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high-end residential projects.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with all finishing stages from 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging, de-snagging and completion, CML’s through to handover.
• Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid and coming from a trade’s background would be ideal.
