The firm in question of are a leading boutique style multi-disciplined consultancy, listed as one of the Top 150 Consultants and Top 50 Project Managers for another year running, they’re an established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy specialising in the delivery of Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Building Surveying and Principal Designer services to all areas of the construction and property industry.

The Candidate

Seeking to create new milestones going forwards, they are keen to recruit an ambitious and motivated Associate Director.

Specifically, this progressive opportunity is for an Associate/Director Level Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of leading a multi-disciplined team and a good understanding of the public sector amongst a myriad of experiences you may encompass where this opportunity is concerned, someone with the drive/ambition with the necessary experience and skills – to help grow the business whilst developing their own career further within the consultancy once they have proved themselves in the AD role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Building Surveyor keen and ready to make the step to Associate level ergo catapulting their career progressively onto another level.
