Salary: £79,500 plus car plus bonus

Established Residential Developer urgently requires an Affordable Housing Manager to work within the Land & Development team.

The company has a track record of delivering large sites across London, with an element of affordable housing within all developments. The purpose of this role is to dispose of the affordable housing element to a Residential Provider or Housing Association.

The role will be split into three elements:

• Relationship Management
  :
  You will have made key contacts within Housing Associations and Residential Providers, knowing who is most suited to the affordable housing element of major sites.
• Building Contract
  :
  You will be familiar with negotiating Land & Build Contracts, managing relationships with RPs & HAs, and handling pre-contract setup, financial management, and ongoing progress monitoring and reporting.
• Project Handover
  :
  You will be familiar with handing over units to customers on various phases of the scheme.

The ideal person could be from a variety of backgrounds, including Land Manager, Commercial background, or Employers Agent, with experience working with Housing Associations or Residential Providers.
