Finishing Foreman – Residential – West London – Contract

My client is a leading residential developer specialising in new build developments within London’s surrounding counties. The company comes across highly regarded in the residential industry and have a good reputation for high quality product.

Job description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of Finishing Foreman on a long term contract or permanent basis on a number of luxury residential apartment schemes ranging from 20-75 units.

You will report into a Finishing Manager/Senior Site Manager in which you will help drive the finishing stages of the developments on towards completion.

Each developments consist of luxury apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and the ideal candidate will have a strong finishing background with a proven track record on having worked on luxury high finished apartments from 2 nd fix through to completion.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• The ideal candidates must have experience working for a developer or main contractor on all internals of high end residential projects.
• The ideal candidates will have experience with all finishing stages from 1 st fix, 2 nd fix, snagging, de-snagging and completion, CML’s through to handover.
• Candidates must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid and coming from a trade’s background would be ideal.
