Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager (Main Contractor / New Build Residential) | Freelance | West London

I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a freelance basis, working on a new build residential project in West London.

Salary: £180 – £200 per day
Location: West London
Region: London

The company are a Major Main Contractor that work on a range of new build and refurbishment projects in a number of sectors including healthcare, education, private and public residential and student accommodation, and commercial markets.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager within their new build residential division, to work on a new build residential scheme comprising 115 apartments. The value of the project is circa £60m. The Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the internal finishes within one of the blocks and must have an excellent eye for a good finish.

• Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager
• Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Trade background (preferably carpentry)
• Attention to detail / eye for a quality finish
• Able to commute to West London on a daily basis
• Available to start at short notice
