Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

• Co‑operate in the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems.
• Carry out onsite visits to each site in your area of responsibility for quality inspections.
• Ensure operatives have been inducted and that sub‑contractors are managed and have clear direction.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Assist with the pricing of variations.
• Attend site meetings, ensuring progress/variances are put in writing and copied to all relevant parties.
• Carry out snagging where required.
• Work on projects ranging in value from £20,000 to £1,000,000.

• Must have supervisor/management experience within the roofing market sector.
• Acceptable roles include Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Manager, Roofing Surveyor, Roofing Technician, Site Technician.
• CSCS card.
• Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Resilient individual able to deal with queries in a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
• IT literate – Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving license.
