Senior Quantity Surveyor - HS2 Civil Engineering / Groundworks (Freelance OUTSIDE IR35)

Location:

North London HS2 Project (4 days office/site 1 day home)

Rate: £450-£550 per day (Outside IR35)

Contract:

Freelance / Contract

Start: ASAP

• Commercial management of groundworks and heavy civils packages
• Preparation and management of cost forecasts, budgets, and CVRs
• Pricing & Take offs from drawings
• Valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
• Supporting commercial reporting to senior management

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale civils or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in groundworks, earthworks, drainage, or heavy civils
• NEC or JCT contract experience essential
• Strong humanship with the right principles & ethics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment

• £450-£550 per day (outside IR35)
• Long-term freelance opportunity on a flagship UK infrastructure project
• Immediate start for the right candidate
