Overview
Cognovas – Construction Manager (Senior CM) for a large Office fit-out project in the City. The candidate should have experience delivering large projects (£30m+), managing multiple packages, and coordinating with sub‑contractors on site.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned packages from start to finish, including coordination with sub‑contractors, running site meetings, and ensuring work progresses to tight timescales.
- Oversee packages such as toilet core, roof terrace, reception area, restaurant, gym, or other office fit-out components as required.
- Up-to-date accreditation (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, etc.).
