A small but well‑established construction consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to the growing team in Central London, near Tower Hill. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially run an office extension and fit‑out scheme in London and a new build student accommodation project, delivering projects from concept to completion while supporting and developing junior staff on site.

• Deliver projects from concept to completion
• Manage office extension and fit‑out scheme
• Oversee new build student accommodation project
• Support and develop junior staff on site

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience with in a private practice / consultancy
• Strong pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting team management and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient with IT, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
