Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A leading main contractor is seeking a project/package Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large cut and carve scheme based in Central London. • Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
• Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
• Support project reporting and cost forecasting
• Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
• Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

• Established QS with several years of experience
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Ambition to grow within the business

• £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
• £4,500 car allowance (spendable at your discretion)
• Employer pension contribution 5%
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
