Inter - Senior Quantity Surveyor
SSA are currently working with a growing construction and engineering contractor delivering high‑quality projects across commercial, residential, and technology sectors. We are actively seeking an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the London team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations.
- Conduct valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial alignment.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or MEP contracting.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
- Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
